| Abstract;Samples are prepared by mixing steelmaking slag of the composition of FetO-CaO-SiO2-P2O5 and carbon powder, and are loaded in an alumina crucible of a thermo balance with the maximum attainable temperature of 1300.DEG.C.. The sample is heated with five kinds of heating rate, and rapidly cooled to the room temperature to be analyzed by ICP for the P contents. The evaporation dephosphorization ratio is obtained to be proportional to the heating rate of the sample. However, the dephosphorization above 50% is hardly attained with the fastest heating rate of 100K/min. |
