| Abstract;In this paper, we propose a new integrated audio-visual viewer for a large scale multipoint cameras and microphones with abilities to process, and display information of any recorded 3D scene in realtime. With this system, users are able to control their own viewpoint/listening-point position, on camera and microphone array. The basic idea is based on the segmentation of stereo audio signal recorded at the location of each camera, synchronized with the frames captured by each camera. The collection of synchronized segmented sounds and images frames are obtained through an array of cameras and microphones. The prototype system of integrated audio-visual viewer is built based on this concept achieving both good image and sound qualities with fast display rate. (author abst.) |
