| Abstract; The case was in a 27-year-old woman, and erythemas with crust up to adzuki bean-size and erosions were scattered on both cheeks and forehead. There were few red papules and pustules. It was diagnosed as acne by curage, because there were no eruptions such as pustule. It can be easily diagnosed from the eruption, if the patient's self-diagnosis is not accepted. While performing the external use of nadifloxacine and internal use of vitamin B2 and B6, ambulatory care of every 2 weeks was indicated and self-consciousness for curage was urged. It was able to hear about insomnia, stresses in the work, and stresses in the life in employee dormitory. It was recommended to be examined in the psychiatric department, and it was diagnosed as depression in the psychiatric. Though frequency of appearance of eruption decreased, it has not perfectly disappeared. In the usual curage action of acne patients, the eruption of acne is touched from the consciousness or it is crushed believing it helps to cure. In the background, there is a stress, in many cases. As the background of the patients, there are many cases of unmarried women of late twenties to thirties, who are working in the forefront. Therefore, psychiatry medical examination and counseling are more important than the care for the skin symptom. |
