| Abstract;It is possible to divide the cosmetics for pimples marketed at present roughly into two types. One is the cosmetic for the purpose of "preventing the pimples". The other is a cosmetic for the purpose of "improving the pimples". When a pimple is deteriorated by the used cosmetic, it may be rather due to the usage of the cosmetic, than due to the cosmetic itself. Use test for human is necessary for clarifying the usefulness of a cosmetic for pimples. "Acseine sebum clean water AC moist", an extramedical supply for pimples, contains chitosan glycolate with antibacterial property for P. acnes, skin moisture retaining property and neutrophils-derived oxygen inhibitory effect, and in addition, allantoin as antiphlogistic agent and others. An excellent treatment support effect for pimples and high usefulness are expected. 27 healthy women with slight to medium pimples were selected as the object. As the result, in the general seriousness, compared with the test start, at the test end, improvement was recognized in 20 out of the 27 cases (74.1%). It seems to indicate that this lotion is useful, and should be tried in the skin care for pimples. In the future, the cosmetic which is useful for the pimples, and which can be used by people with pimples with easy feeling, will be clarified. |
