Abstract; The common sense in the clinical diagnosis of a burn is degree I by flare, degree II by blister, and degree III by white coagulation, but the above does not apply to a low-temperature burn. Low-temperature burn is not recognized as a disease with a deep injury to the patient, in which the lesion is progressive in the depth and often deep in the end, even though it may seem shallow, the range is limited, and which takes a long time in the conservative therapy, often leaving a cicatrix. "Doze burn" by sauna or suntan seems also to be progressive, and similar to low-tempwrature burn as a disease state. The drinking in the previous night is often involved, and it seems a kind of coma blister. In the medical care of low-temperature burn, the patient is examined in medical institution after the black coagulation necrosis in most cases, because the patient oneself does not remember the occasion of injury, the burn seems to be slight and limited, and as a result, the recognition of the disease is low. For such patients, by hearing the occasion of the injury in detail, it is possible to diagnose accurately and predict if it is progressive.
