| Abstract;NACHI has expanded its product line of well-received AQUA Drill Series with the introduction of high-precision carbide drill, "AQUA Drill 3 Flutes with Cutting Teeth," which made it possible to correctly position and drill casting holes and other prepared holes, giving an excellent drilling finish. Up until now, end mill has been used to position the casting holes and a reamer has been used to finish it. However, the process will be continuous from the beginning to the end with AQUA Drill 3 Flutes with Cutting Teeth, resulting in the reduction of substantial machining process time. (author abst.) |
