| Abstract;Nano Aspher (ASP01A), an ultra-precision aspheric die processing machine, achieves the high-speed feeding of 1.5m per minutes that is the five-fold of the feeding speed of existing Nachi products, with use of a unique control mechanism called hydrostatic pressure control. In addition, the space is considerably reduced by 70% from the existing machines by making the main unit and its peripheral units smaller. Therefore, the productivity per installation area is improved. Nano Aspher (ASP01A) has been introduced into the market as an aspheric die processing machine with ultra precision and high-speed feeding for various optical lenses used in the next-generation DVD, cameras attached to cell phones and digital cameras.
